Labels?

Quick question .....

Where do you guys get your fabric labels / tags made?
I want some little 'patch andi' labels to attach to quilts, bags, pillows, etc.

All suggestions appreciated.

Andi :-)

  1. Hi Andi,

A girlfriend (http://sixandahalfstitches.typepad.com/) of mine uses her GOCCO machine to print up her own labels. It also does some lovely cards...(http://www.flickr.com/photos/86528689@N00/3414091413/)

I don't think they are cheap but something that you can use time and time again. They are from Japan...but a place in Melbourne sells them http://www.nehoc.com.au/printgocco/systems/index.htm.

You may have guessed I am contemplating whether or not to get one!

  2. I've just had a look and it looks like a big investment (of money and time) for my humble purposes.

Looks like an amazing machine though. Let me know what you decide!

    Thanks for the suggestion.

  3. I get mine from Cashes, an Aussie company (melbourne, in fact!). I wish I could have justified going for the posh version with the cute border but they're labels and I'm cheap so I just have the basic style. But they're still cute, cheap, and delivered fast!

  5. I got mine at Cashs too, great and cheap. Wish I had time to sew them on things now!
